I’m also thinking about my groomsmen and whom they’re going to be. Specifically which one will be my best man, or I suppose I could have two best men, because tradition isn’t always great. I’m also thinking about gifts for said groomsmen. I’ve got a few ideas, at least one will depend on whom exactly ends up in my half of the wedding party. So, it’s still a work in progress. I know my next step is to find an officiant for the wedding, preferably one without a whole lot of religious attachments. I’m not a fan of organized religion, and marriage is an institution of government not religion. I’m sure I have my work cut out for me. I’ll figure it out, I’m sure.
Beyond that, my thoughts are kind of all over the place. I take that as a good thing, in the sense that outside of the wedding there’s very little that’s enough of a problem for me to focus on. It’s a good feeling to be almost completely on top of things. I have laundry to do today and I have to get a workout in. Even if it’s just extra strength training and no cardio, that’s better than nothing. I don’t really have much for an entry, so the song of the day today is “Folding Stars” by Biffy Clyro
