As noted yesterday I intend to keep better track of my weight as I try to get back onto the weight loss wagon and ultimately reach my goal of being 225 pounds. So, today’s post is a results post, I’ll be putting this information up on myfitnesspal as well.
Yesterday’s Weight: 320.4 pounds
Today’s Weight: 319.4 pounds
Total loss: 1.0 pounds
Goal Weight: 225 pounds
Pounds to Go: 94.4 pounds
Exercise: 1/2 mile walking
So, one day in to this renewed attempt and I’m back on my old ‘schedule’ of losing a pound a day. Which is a good start, I’m sure once I get soda completely out of my system and get on to a more… arduous exercise routine I should be able to maintain this momentum and be a sexy beast that my wife will absolutely adore.
